Elysa Studio is an online women's fashion store. We ship within the United States and aim to make shipping clear, reliable, and straightforward from checkout through to delivery.

Shipping Coverage
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Orders can be delivered to residential and business addresses across all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday) after payment confirmation. Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for dispatch and handed over to our shipping carrier.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (ET) on business days typically begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ET), on weekends, or on federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time
After dispatch, orders are typically in transit for 3 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday), depending on your location and the carrier. Transit times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak shopping periods.

Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time consists of your processing time plus transit time. In most cases, orders are delivered within 4 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Order Tracking
All shipments are sent with tracking to ensure full traceability. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, allowing you to follow your shipping progress through to arrival.

Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at support@elysastudio.com. Cancellations are only possible before an order has been shipped. Once shipping has started, cancellation is no longer possible. If you decide not to keep an item after shipping, you can initiate a return by following our Return and Refund Policy.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@elysastudio.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

After verification, you can choose between a free replacement or a full refund.

Delays
Delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including peak periods, federal holidays, severe weather, or carrier-related disruptions. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 3 business days. If shipping has still not occurred after this time, please contact us at support@elysastudio.com so that we can assist.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied. If you notice a mistake in your shipping details, please email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
